Technology Roadmap

We can facilitate the process when customers want to align business objectives with the supporting infrastructure. One way to implement this is to document the business outcome you want to achieve. After that, we need to understand the capability you want to create, and typically those capabilities are supported by technology, people, and processes. Then, when the capabilities and needs are defined, we can identify the technology and vendors that can serve them.

A usual outcome will be the creation of a technology roadmap that represents implementation phases. Then, to prioritize the capabilities, separate them into achievable executable steps. That helps to identify resources (People, Budget, Vendors, Services, etc.) that are required to execute the phase, paired with a project timeframe, and define the success criteria.

IT Strategy & Implementation

Our team includes people with over 20 years of experience working with Service Providers, large and medium enterprises and, boutique Family Offices, Private Equity firms.

We can help with selecting vendors based on your criteria. We can design IT infrastructures regarding routing, switching, wireless, security, telephony, video conference, collaboration solutions, backup, VPN Services, Compute, and Cloud solutions. When we don't have in-house experience, we tap into our ecosystem partners to bring the right subject matter experts.

We can deliver implementation or professional services for vendors like Cisco Systems, Meraki, Aruba Networks, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, and Microsoft, among others.

If you need help qualifying Manage Service Provider (MSP) or Manage Security Service Provider (MSSP), we can help with the selection process.

Owner Representation

When you have a project where the budget is over 3 million dollars, you might need to allocate a Factional CTO, Business Architect, or IT Leader to be the liaison between the company leadership and the construction company and contractors.

If there is a construction, we can represent the owners in the Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.

On a typical project, some technical requirements require approval from the owner supported by a subject matter expert (SME) opinion, vendor selection, engineering design approvals, budget management, and project management, to mention a few.
